Mums and Dads Fitness Class.

Push It! ~sorry all , will start after summer hols  any questins just ask

 

£3  per session,                                                                      Bring a drink for you.                                                                    

 A drink, a snack and something to keep the little one occupied.                                                                                 

Wear trainers and appropriate clothing, allow for the weather if its sunny hats and suncream if it's wet rain coat and covers.  Feed baby before sessions as this should settle the little one so you can get the full hour.

Well come to Caerphilly and join us for a fun workout  and bring  baby along for the ride.

1.30pm From the Entrance to Morgan Jones Park (Next to Caerphilly Library, Nantgarw Road)

 

Ladies make sure you have had your 6 week check (10 week for C section) and that your doctor has said it is ok to resume or start exercise. This is under review at the moment, current NHS advice is start exercise when your midwife gives you the all clear.
